Quality Policy
This policy provides the framework for the implementation of quality principles, so that
AIR INDUSTRIAL – G. ALEXANDRIS & CO. EE, can achieve its goals.
G. ALEXANDRIS & SIA E.E. seeks to implement appropriate processes regarding
purchases, sales, repairs and maintenance, to such an extent that:
- ensure that these processes are adequate, effective and
meet the requirements of its stakeholders (internal and external)

The Policy εφαρμόζεται in the direction of ensuring that activities:
- are in accordance with relevant Greek and EU legislation, relevant regulations and policies, such as:
- the local regulations that apply to the company
- international regulations, rules and standards
- the Greek and international standard for quality ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015
- are carried out by competent personnel, who have consolidated their role and responsibilities in the provision of the services of G. ALEXANDRIS & SIA E.E.
- have the necessary resources for their implementation and
- are subject to appropriate review as to their suitability and adequacy
G. ALEXANDRIS & SIA E.E. undertakes that:
- reviews and records operating processes and work instructions and
- confirms that they remain in effect, are available and have been understood by
personnel
staff - implements and monitors the performance of important and measurable goals
- recognizes and meets the training needs of staff, providing
ongoing training

for performing their duties in accordance with this policy and the
company's management system. - The heads of the company's Departments are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the application of this policy, within the framework of their areas of responsibility .
- The Quality Management Manager is responsible for providing the methods, processes, expertise and general support and advice to the other employees, so that they can implement the policy and achieve the goals of G. ALEXANDRIS & CO. E.E.
Those responsible for the implementation of this policy are the General Manager, the
Heads of Departments and all staff.
